Recently many credit card companies have decided to double and triple the interest rates due on the accounts of regularly paying customers who may carry a balance each month. For those that do pay their balances off every month, the credit card companies are finding new ways to incorporate “service” fees on those accounts. How much input were those faithful and honest customers able to contribute before decisions were made that directly impacted their financial well being? Who’s really in control of your money?
